Raleigh police seek man in connection with larceny

Raleigh police are searching for a man in connection with a larceny at a grocery store in September.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are attempting to identify and arrest a man in connection with a larceny on Sept. 16

Authorities say the man entered a grocery store in the 500 block of Oberlin Road, took an elderly female shopper's purse from her shopping cart and left the store. 

Beyond surveillance photos, there is no descriptive information available concerning the man involved. He may have been driving a white SUV.
