Raleigh police seek man in connection with January bank robbery

Raleigh police are seeking the public's help to identify a man wanted in connection with a Jan. 20 robbery at a State Employees Credit Union branch in east Raleigh.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are seeking the public's help to identify a man wanted in connection with a Jan. 20 robbery at a State Employees Credit Union branch in east Raleigh.

According to investigators, the man entered the bank, at 4050 Poole Road, at about 4:30 p.m. and passed a note demanding money to a teller. He left the bank after the teller complied. 

The man was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and was wearing a camouflage Cleveland Cavaliers hat. He also had on sunglasses, a white T-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
