Raleigh police are working to identify a man they said is responsible for three June burglaries.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are working to identify a man they said is responsible for three June burglaries.

On June 16, a resident in the 1600 block of Gorman Street told police a man forced his way into the house after the owner opened the front door, but fled when another resident appeared.

On June 17, a resident in the 1400 block of Collegeview Avenue told police they heard a noise and confronted the man, who fled. The following day, a resident along the same bloc said a man entered an unsecured bedroom window and fled following a confrontation.

The man is described is being black with a medium skin tone. He is about 6 feet tall with a thin build and is believed to be in his early 20s.
