A 44-year-old man has been charged after he allegedly touched a 13-year-old girl Tuesday evening at a Food Lion on North Rogers Lane, Raleigh police said.

Dewayne Ali Thomas, of 4842 Wyatt Brook Way, is charged with two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child. Investigators said the incident happened at about 6:20 p.m.

Thomas was in the Wake County jail Wednesday on a $100,000 secured bond.
