DURHAM, N.C. — Police on Tuesday identified a man killed in a single-vehicle accident Saturday night on U.S. Highway 70.

Todd Anthony Gray, 33, was driving a Toyota Camry east on U.S. 70 just past the merge from Interstate 85 North at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle as he came out of a curve, police said. The Camry slid across the highway, hit a guardrail on the left side of the road and flipped over into the median, police said.

Gray, who was partially ejected from the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The wreck remains under investigation.
