A Raleigh man accused of raping a child was being held on a $1 million bond, the Wake County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man accused of raping a child was being held on a $1 million bond, the Wake County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

Kenneth James Kewish, 29, was charged with first-degree sexual offense and rape of a child.

Authorities have not released any other details about the alleged attack.
