<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh man faces charges after being accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Noah Jerome White, 40, of 2600-C Millborough Court, Raleigh, was arrested Monday on three counts of statutory rape.

According to an arrest warrant, the alleged offenses happened in January and February.

White was in the Wake County jail under a $2.5 million bond Tuesday morning.
