Raleigh man accused of indecent liberties with 5-year-old girls

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police on Thursday arrested a 27-year-old man who is accused of taking indecent liberties with two 5-year-old girls.

Michael Vincent Bell, of 511 Shelly Ridge Lane, in Raleigh, was jailed under a $1 million bond on 28 counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

According to arrest warrants, the alleged crimes happened between Dec. 11 and Wednesday.

Neighbors told WRAL News that they saw often saw him babysitting children at a local playground.

I think crimes of this nature, if the person is found guilty, deserve not prison, but the death penalty. People like this do not deserve to live. They need to be eradicated. That's sick. People like this do not change.

hold up everyone that wants to throw him to the hounds, he was just accused, nowhere in the story says he actually did anything.
