I do not care what he grows. Waste of public money to prosecute this type of crime.

So.. for all those people who say... that narcotics are legal.
How do YOU get them? My doctor will only write a prescription if I need them, and the pharmacies don't exactly give them to you without a prescription. So, while they may be legal, you have them legally, you have to have a prescription.

As for giving them out like candy... sorry. I don't know any doctors that do that.

Only on Golo do people say "illegal is illegal" on one story and then justify illegal on another....

Justifying the illegal status of drugs by saying that a large percentage of crimes are committed by drug users makes no sense. Imagine this, 95% of terrorist attacks are committed by Muslim people, we should make being Muslim illegal. See, both ideas are broken concepts. Just because a certain crime is committed by people with something in common, doesn't mean the common link is the cause. Just as there are many Muslims who aren't terrorists, there are many drug users who aren't criminals.

"Perhaps those of you touting the legalization of drugs in this formum would have an entirely different perspective if you had a child killed in an accident by someone strung out on their "homegrown" drugs" -ncpilot2
I had a close friend die in a car accident while drinking, so I think alcohol should also be illegal. It's mfg just like RX pills, which should also be illegal. They hand these drugs out like candy and they are the most highly addictive and destructive DRUG you can take! Alcohol also highly addictive,,so yes, I am against drugs, I just do not consider a natural herb a drug, it's simply just listed that way so it can be deemed illegal and dangerous.

Perhaps those of you touting the legalization of drugs in this formum would have an entirely different perspective if you had a child killed in an accident by someone strung out on their "homegrown" drugs. I personally belive it is irresponsible to promote drug use on this forum knowing we have young people with free access to it.
