Under 16 makes you a toddler??

Can you give us an example when this type behavior would be considered "not sick"?

Not related to this incident, but I would say that if you're camping and a guy is relieving himself against a tree, he might vary his degree of "coverage" according to exactly who might be watching. Again, that doesn't really seem to be the case here.

" sick in it's own way"

If this were simply a matter of a man at a public urinal not going to extreme measures to be modest, I would think this was ridiculous. The implication I get from the current info, though, is that it was intentional exposure in public. That the victim was a toddler who may never remember this is irrelevant to me. Sexually abused infants don't remember that abuse, but no one would ever suggest it was victimless b/c of that lack of memory. This is a serious criminal allegation that needs to be treated seriously.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Of course what he did is wrong, and sick in it's own way, but he's getting charged with a crime for showing himself (not touching in any way, simply showing himself) to someone who is not mentally coherent and has no memory skills? He hurt absolutely nothing.

    Sick person.

Sick guy, but something seems to be missing. Either a parent (or other adult) was near by and there should be a second charge of indescent exposure. Or this 2 year old was all alone and articulate enough to tell someone what had happened?

I think I would call him a major sicko! Dirty old man.
