<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A 57-year-old Raleigh man is accused of inflicting second degree burns on his 13-year-old child. 

David Ray Kizer, of 2001 Obedient Lane, was being held under a $100,000 bond in the Wake County jail on Thursday. 

According to an arrest warrant, the incident happened last week.
