<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh man faces felony charges stemming from accusations that he had sex with a 14-year-old girl.

Raleigh police arrested Duncan McNeill Haupt, 22, Friday on charges of statutory rape/sex offense, indecent liberties with a child and solicitation by computer.<br />

Haupt, of 6501 Wrenwood Ave., was in the Wake County Detention Center Sunday evening under a $500,000 secured bond.
