Cameron Village proposed high-rise
RALEIGH, N.C. — The City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved a preliminary site plan for The Residences at Cameron Village mixed-use development.

The 2.6-acre development on the northeast corner of the intersection of Clark Avenue and Oberlin Road will include up to 295 residences, up to 23,823 square feet of commercial space and a 450-space parking deck.

Because the project exceeds a 50-foot height limitation on new construction in Cameron Village, developer Crescent Resources had to present evidence to the City Council that the preliminary site plan met specific criteria outlined by the city.
