Why are teen boys so angry and moody? Dr. Joel Dillon, a licensed psychologist with Orenstein Solutions, has some answers to a question that baffles and frustrates many parents of teens.

"During adolescent, not only the body is growing, but also the brain," explains Dillon, who specializes in adolescents, anger management and ADHD. "... You're having this rapid neurological growth and sometimes things just don't make the connections as well as they would in an adult."

Kids can have trouble identifying their feelings during this time, Dillon said. But there are ways to better help your teen sons express themselves.
