— Durham police on Tuesday distributed photographs of the car believed to be involved in a drive-by shooting in north Durham Monday afternoon.

Lakeview Secondary School on Dearborn Drive was locked down for about an hour, and students dismissal was delayed after two men injured in the shooting ran to the school and asked for help.

Police said both men were in stable condition Tuesday and their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.

Police were looking for a silver, four-door Toyota Camry with dark tinted windows. They did not identify any suspects in the shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to call Durham Police Department at 919-560-4582, ext. 29241 or Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.
