Fayetteville police charge stabbing victim
Police have charged a man who was stabbed at a Fayetteville home Sunday afternoon.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police have charged a man who was stabbed at a Fayetteville home Sunday afternoon.
Officers were called around 12:30 p.m. to 1217 Berkshire Road, where Brandon Pomeroy, 28, had been stabbed during an argument with Ryan Syler, 28.
Authorities say Pomeroy went to the home and assaulted Syler.
Pomeroy was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for a stab wound to his left side and later released.
Pomeroy was arrested and charged with simple assault. Syler was not charged.
