Police: Clayton man fired shotgun at neighbor

Posted March 16, 2012

— A 20-year-old Clayton man was arrested Friday at his home after police say he fired a shotgun at his neighbor.

Teodoro Aucecio Cecilio, of 600 Woodbriar St., faces one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He was taken to the Johnston County jail and placed under a $150,000 bond.

Officers were dispatched to the Clayton Estates Mobile Home Park on Thursday after a 22-year-old woman was shot in the leg and lower back with what appeared to be birdshot pellets from a shotgun, police said.

The woman, whose name was not released, told investigators that she had some friends over and they got into an altercation with a group of people walking down the street. That's when police say Cecilio pulled out a gun and fired toward the woman and her friends.

She was treated and released at WakeMed. No one else was injured.

And how would his status make a difference?? So, if he were here legally this probably would not have happened?? I'm trying to wrap my brain around what you might mean??? I bet you beleive the "broken window" Theroy is still workable in society too??

I was in the Wake Trauma unit when she was brought in, thankfully she'll be fine.

My son was there being treated for being hit/run while on his motorcycle - thankfully HE will be fine too, and the je rk who hit him was found by diligent witnesses who went riding around looking for his car, they found it, called police and he was arrested for felony hit/run with injuries.

He was ONLY doing 60+ in a 25mph residential area!
