Police charge Durham man with March homicide
Durham police on Tuesday charged a man with killing a 23-year-old man on March 16.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police on Tuesday charged a man with killing a 23-year-old man on March 16.
Darryl Lamont Moye, 19, was charged with the murder of Symound Syheed Lewis, according to the Durham Police Department. Lewis was fond shot to death in the parking lot of 530 Hardee St. shortly after 2 a.m. that day.
When he was charged, Moye was already in jail on other charges, officials said.
The investigation is ongoing.
