Our Kind of Food Fight!

If you weren't in Cincinnati last night, you missed out: the city hosted my kind of food fight! Chefs went knife to knife in a competition with a pre-selected basket of items based on the hit television series Chopped, competing for the coveted winning title, some cash, and, of course, a knife-related prize. The Food Fight has become a celebrated event in the local culinary community, where chefs show up to talk shop, and show off their skills, during their time off (good luck getting the meal of your dreams at some of Cincinnati's finest restaurants during the event...).
