FORT BRAGG, N.C. — One Fort Bragg soldier was killed Wednesday and two other were injured when an Army vehicle in a military convoy rolled over on post, authorities said.

The incident occurred at about 7:10 a.m. on Plank Road, about 1.5 miles west of Wayside Drive, authorities said. The two injured soldiers were taken to Womack Army Medical Center for treatment.

The identities of the three soldiers haven't been released, but authorities said they all were assigned to the 4th Military Information Support Group (Airborne).

Fort Bragg law enforcement is trying to find a white or light-colored Chevrolet Impala with tinted windows and halogen lights so officers can question the driver and any passengers about the crash.

Anyone with information about the crash or the Chevy Impala is asked to call the Fort Bragg Military Police Station at 910-396-0391 or 910-396-0392 or the Fort Bragg Criminal Investigative Division office at 910-396-8777.
