One shot, three sought in attempted Raleigh robbery

One person was shot in the arm early Sunday during an attempted armed robbery near downtown Raleigh, police said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — One person was shot in the arm early Sunday during an attempted armed robbery near downtown Raleigh, police said.

The victim was treated and released from a local hospital. 

Police are looking for three men in connection with the shooting, which happened Sunday near the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Blount Street, but specific descriptions of the suspects were not available.
