One shot in Harnett town
At least one person was shot in the Harnett County town of Angier Saturday evening, witnesses said.
Posted — UpdatedANGIER, N.C. — At least one person was shot in the Harnett County town of Angier Saturday evening, witnesses said.
Harnett County emergency dispatchers said that authorities responded to calls about gunshots in yard at Church and Johnson streets shortly before 7:30 p.m. Witnesses said that at least person was injured.
Angier police investigators collected evidence at the scene for nearly four hours.
Police have not released more information about the incident.
