One killed in motorcycle crash
A man died late Wednesday in a motorcycle crash in Hillsborough, authorities said.

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — A man died late Wednesday in a motorcycle crash in Hillsborough, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 11 p.m. on U.S. Highway 70 at Saint Mary's Road. The State Highway Patrol said an SUV pulled out of a driveway into the path of the motorcycle, and Travis Glen Nix, 26, of Hillsborough, was thrown from the motorcycle and died.
Troopers are consulting with the Orange County District Attorney's Office about possible charges.
