Man killed after fight, shooting in Fayetteville parking lot

A 22-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning after a fight in a parking lot near the intersection of Mike Street and Bragg Boulevard, Fayetteville police said.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 22-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning after a fight in a parking lot near the intersection of Mike Street and Bragg Boulevard, Fayetteville police said.

An officer driving on Bragg Boulevard heard gunshots in an empty parking lot at 4947 Bragg Blvd. at about 1:45 a.m.

Soon after, authorities received a call that someone with gunshot wounds had been taken to Walmart on Skibo Road. Tramell Rashaun Harris, of Fayetteville, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Authorities did not release any information about the types of wounds Harris suffered.

No arrests have been made, and Fayetteville police are seeking the public's help to learn more about the altercation and shooting.
