One arrested, three sought in Warren shooting death

One man was arrested Tuesday and three others are being sought in connection with a weekend shooting in Warren County, authorities said.

WARRENTON, N.C. — One man was arrested Tuesday and three others are being sought in connection with a weekend shooting in Warren County, authorities said.

Michael Pressley, 28, of Oxford, died Sunday after shots were fired into his car near Connect 25, a bar on U.S. Highway 1 in Norlina, authorities said. Jerry Henderson, 25, of Oxford, was wounded in the shooting.

Montrell Randy Davis, 22, of Warrenton, was arrested outside a Warrenton convenience store and charged with first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon, five counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle. He is being held without bond in the Warren County jail.

Arrest warrants were issued for Kadeem Jaleel Grooms, 23, of Manson, Darren Antoine Alston, 22, of Warrenton, and Marquis Montelle Davis, 24, of Warrenton. on the same charges.
