If you'd look at the statistics, the number of crime incidents in Henderson is actually decreasing. The crime *rate* has risen simply because the population has also decreased. It's all statistics. While crime is in fact quite bad, don't be fooled into thinking it's steadily getting worse when it's not. You only ever hear the bad news reported.

Maybe if he had gotten the tatto elsewhere on his body instead of his face, someone would have hired him if he really wanted a job. Killing innocent folks trying to make a living is pathetic. Shame on it all! I really wish prison systems would become a place where young people stray from. You all would be surprised at all the rights and rewards some inmates receive in prison. I am not saying mistreat inmates, but the lifting weights, cable tv, movies, etc. should not be in a prison.

Unfortunately Henderson keeps sliding downhill from lack of jobs and lack of new businesses, so the unemployment rate goes up along with the crime. My father grew up in Henderson and he's sad to see the state it is in now.

    Have you read the Bible?

I know many folks make their own judgments, but according to The Holy Bible, this man need only "believe in Jesus Christ as your savior" to get into heaven.

I'm sure glad that I won't have to hang with him in the afterlife. YMMV ;-)

Yes, but you're using logic. It probably doesn't apply here...

It is just amazing that such a small country rural town like Henderson could have such a high violent crime rate.
