CARY, N.C. — Police charged a Cary man Friday with raping a 9-year-old child in May, warrants state.
Cesario Lopez-Nava, 30, of 1200 Merriwood Drive, Apt. D, faces charges of first-degree rape and taking indecent liberties with a child.
He was being held at the Wake County jail under a $2 million bond and is due in court Monday.
Authorities are investigating whether Lopez-Nava is in the country illegally, warrants state.
