Fayetteville woman found dead in SUV
Cumberland County homicide detectives on Monday were investigating the death of a 35-year-old woman whose body was found inside her vehicle.

Jessica Morgan, of the 5600 block of Pepperbush Drive, was discovered inside her SUV parked alongside Shelton Beard Road in Stedman.
Investigators said a passerby noticed the vehicle had been parked in the area for most of the day Sunday.
Friends said they didn't know why Morgan was in Stedman, which is more than 17 miles from her home.
Morgan’s body was sent to the State Medical Examiners Office in Chapel Hill for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Investigators wouldn't say if they saw any injuries on the body.
