Durham, N.C. — Durham police officers arrested a man who two girls said flashed them and tried to kidnap them from a school bus stop early Friday.

The girls told police that the man had exposed himself to them and tried to coax them into his vehicle at a bus stop near Lynn Road and Pleasant Drive shortly before 6:30 a.m. The girls also said that a man in a green SUV had been exposing himself to them at the bus stop for several months.

Officers stopped a green Isuzu Rodeo near the bus stop and arrested Efrain Noyola Jamie, 35, of Hursey Street.

Jamie was charged with two counts each of indecent exposure and attempted kidnapping.

He was being held in the Durham County Jail under a $1 million bond Saturday.

I don't understand why these pervs think that showing their stuff will help them lure any girl to get in a vehicle with them! My goodness!

Is he an Illegal????? I'm glad the girls are ok. Lock this monster up and throw away the key!!!!!!! DON'T deport, he'll be back in a few years probably doing the same thing...
