Kenly, N.C. — A tractor-trailer wreck killed one person on Interstate 95 North, south of Kenly in Johnston County, early Sunday, state troopers said.
One northbound lane was closed at mile marker 106 after the wreck occurred shortly before 6 a.m. Sensors indicated that traffic on both sides of the interstate were moving very slowly through the area.
Troopers and other emergency personnel remained on the scene. More details about the wreck were not immediately available.
