Cary, N.C. — A school bus struck a tree in the 1200 block of Walnut Street around 4 p.m. Thursday, Cary police said.
No children were on board the bus when the wreck happened, said Greg Thomas, a Wake County Public School System spokesman.
The bus driver did not appear to have any serious injuries.
No information was available about what school the bus was from or how the wreck occurred.
