Cary, N.C. — A car crashed through the front door of a guest room at the Best Western on Walnut Street late Saturday, police said.
Guests were staying in the room when the accident occurred shortly before midnight, but no one was injured.
Officers said the driver accidentally hopped the curb while parking the car. Alcohol was not involved in the accident, officers said, and they did not expect to file charges.
Surrounding rooms were briefly evacuated.
