Site SearchRaleigh, N.C. — The City Council on Tuesday approved plans for a downtown hotel that would have a rooftop bar.
The proposed 11-story Powerhouse Plaza, located on West Jones Street, across North West Street from the 42nd Street Oyster Bar, would have five stories of offices and a hotel with 134 rooms and an indoor pool, according to a site plan.
A 5,440-square-foot rooftop bar would sit atop the building.
A six-level parking deck with 397 spaces would be located on the northern portion of the site, between Harrington and West streets.
