Silver Alert issued for missing Raleigh man

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Silver Alert was issued late Friday for a missing Raleigh man.

Donald Richard Brogsdale, 23, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Brogsdale was described black with short brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-foot-11 and weights 155 pounds. Authorities said he has a mustache and a goatee and a scar on the right side of his abdominal area.

Brogsdale was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with "NY" displayed on the front. He was wearing an Army camouflage fatigue jacket with a blue and white striped long-sleeved dress shirt, blue jeans and black, high-top Nike sneakers with a white Nike emblem.

Last seen at 3501 Huntleigh Drive in Raleigh, authorities said Blogsdale was traveling on-foot.
