Raleigh, N.C. — A Cary man was arrested Thursday and charged in a series of vehicle break-ins on North Carolina State University's Centennial Campus, police said.
Sang Youp Lee, 36, of 111 Covewood Court, was charged with two counts of breaking and entering and one count of possession of burglary tools.
N.C. State police began watching a parking deck on Centennial Campus after several people reported their cars had been broken into, police said. Officers arrested a man Thursday as he broke out the passenger window of a car parked in the deck, police said.
