Detectives from the Wake County Sheriff's Office have interviewed the girlfriend of a teen found dead late last year in a vacant home owned by the parents of one of the suspects in his death.

Court documents made public Wednesday said the four suspects in Matthew Silliman's death had been talking with the teen's girlfriend, Michelle Lippert, on the social networking Web site Facebook.

Detectives are also searching for a video taken of Silliman by one of the suspects in the hours before Silliman was last seen by his parents.

Authorities issued a Silver Alert for Silliman after he went missing. According to a search warrant affidavit, Lippert had knowledge of his disappearance but did not report it to authorities.

Four teens, Aadil Shaaid Kahn, Allegra Rose Dahlquist, Drew Logan Shaw and Ryan Patrick Hare are charged with murder. They could face life in prison if convicted.

Sounds like the "girlfriend" was also in on it.......time will tell....What a shame

i agree, unless there is any real info, why did we need to hear this? the poor girlfriend, unless they can prove she had something to do with the murder, should have been allowed to remain anonomous, but that would be considerate and we all know the press these days cares more about speaking out that checking facts or the sensationalization of any and every "news" item. Whatever happened to public good? its gone out the window along with morality, responsiblity and accountability! This is why so many of us would love to see the pendulum swing back the other way before its too late....

kids these days...................

i get that you're trying to keep the public informed, but this has been a hard time for everyone who knew him... i don't see how it helps the public to know that his girlfriend is being interviewed. significant others are always interviewed... school tomorrow is going to be hard for her... she didn't want the media to know who she was or her name... people are just starting to understand what happened and not be afraid of going to school... constant reminders in the news don't really help...
