A Raleigh man is accused of raping a woman and kidnapping her two young sons, according to arrest warrants.

Casiano Aparicio-Juarez, 22, of 6003 Gamble Drive, faces charges of second-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping.

Aparicio-Juarez allegedly raped the victim in front of her two sons, ages 7 and 2, according the arrest warrants. Investigators say he then locked the family in a room and kept them there for three days.

Aparicio-Juarez was arrested Friday and was being held in the Wake County Jail Sunday afternoon under a $275,000 bond.

State Department of Correction records list Aparicio-Juarez as an absconder from parole supervision. He was given a years' probation after a November 2007 conviction for driving while impaired in Wake County.

Aparicio-Juarez appeared in court on the rape and kidnapping charges on Saturday. His first court appearance on the probation violation was set for Monday.

Warrants listed Aparicio-Juarez' occupation as a carpet layer.

"If you have a problem with illegal immigration, why not try to articulate that? It is just racist garbage to blame a crime on a persons nationality." MaggieMae

Oh MaggieMae, you have not tried to "articulate your feelings" on illegal immigration on the WRAL blogs yet, have you?? If you had already tried to do this, then you would find (as the rest of us have found) that WRAL's "editors" (censors) will not let you express your true comments or feelings for fear that they will be sued for allowing "racist" comments or that they might be allowing something that would be considered "offensive" to the illegal immigrant community. Thank your liberal drive-by media for that one!!

"absconder from parole... for DUI conviction" It seems that a lot of folks arrested for some mighty awful crimes lately share this history of previous DUI convictions & slipping the lead from parole officers. I venture to interpret this observation as a cry for bench warrants and arrest of parole violators & some mandatory incarceration (and ICE evaluations) for our DUI convicts. Might do something towards protecting the public.

Americans need to vote for people who will do for America.

Somebody may want to fix the typo in the story...

Did he hold them hostage for "three three" days or should I take that to mean 33 days?
