Chocolate and Strawberry Tart Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups chocolate chips (semisweet)
3 tbls butter
1 pint strawberries
Graham cracker crumbs
Melt all chocolate, heavy cream, and butter over a double boiler, pour into a small container lined with plastic wrap. Let cool for 60-90 minutes. For sauce, puree all but one strawberry in a blender after taking off green ends. Spread graham cracker crumbs on a plate and place tart on top of the crumbs. Spread strawberry sauce over the chocolate and garnish with a strawberry.
