Strip Club Fire Might Have Been Arson
The fire that destroyed a strip club last weekend might have been set, according to authorities.

A search warrant released Friday states that investigators detected a strong odor of gasoline following the fire at Pure Gold's Crazy Horse Adult Club in Clayton.
The fire broke out Sunday morning, and flames shot 50 feet into the air.
Investigators seized several items from the scene, including insurance enrollment forms, several checks and samples of carpet and soil, according to the search warrant.
The operators of the club were facing fines and a 10-day suspension of the club's license due to lewd conduct by dancers, state officials said. Other violations found during an undercover investigation included employees participating in sexually explicit conduct, drinking while working and ignoring a three-day waiting period before giving patrons club memberships.
Owners of the strip club have disputed the violations, and the club's lawyer was negotiating a settlement with the ABC.
