DURHAM, N.C. — A Bahama man charged with killing a Durham car dealer last year rejected a plea deal in the case Wednesday and is expected to stand trial.

Robert Watson, 35, of 9813 Wilkins Road, pleaded not guilty to murder, kidnapping and robbery in the May 12, 2006, death of James Morris.

An employee found Morris, 77, dead at Growing Motors, his used-car business on North Roxboro Road. In Bahama, police later found a car that had been stolen from the dealership.
