SANFORD — A Lee County nurse's aide who was supposed to be taking care of an elderly patient is going to court for allegedly abusing him.
Family members say 100-year-old Franz Gonella had mysterious bruises.
So they set up a hidden video camera in his room.
Investigators say the tape shows a nurse's aide treating him roughly.
Sally Kelly has been charged with seven counts of abusing an elderly person.
