DURHAM — Durham's emergency services department is in turmoil. Director BillColley and Radio Shop Manager John LeMay are both on administrativeleave, reportedly for condoning a racially hostile environment.
Two radio shop employees claim their supervisors used racial slurs at work.A separate complaint was filed against LeMay with the Equal EmploymentOpportunity Commission. Both complaints are under investigation.
