DURHAM — Police say a man who allegedly gunned down twopeople in Durham has committed suicide.
Investigators say 22-year-old Alfred Randolph Jr. shot and killed hisformer girlfriend, Kateshae Parker, in the Parkwood Subdivision Wednesday.
The second shooting victim, Damon Ramsey, remains in critical condition.
Police say Randolph shot and killed himself overnight.
