DURHAM — Relief is on the way for Durham's growing traffic problems.
The state D-O-T has unveiled the blue prints for the Northeast Loop aroundDurham.The road will connect Guess Road north of the city.. to Highway Seventy..on the east side.Construction on the new stretch of road is expected to begin in 2,000-2.The D-O-T is still studying plans to connect Guess Road to I-85 west ofDurham.
