RALEIGH — Going once, going twice, SOLD! Some lucky bargain hunters drove home anew set of wheels Saturday. And for most, the price was right.
People came from all over the state to take advantage of the great dealsat the Jim Graham building. The North Carolina Department of Revenueauctioned off cars, trucks, clothes, artwork and furniture. All of themerchandise was seized from drug raids.
Shirley ... bought a five piece bedroom set for $1,000. She says she goesto auctions like these four or five times a year. By the showing at thefairgrounds, she isn't the only one.
