ZEBULON — The town of Zebulon finally has a policechief. Tuesday, 35-year-old Donna Waters met the members of her departmentfor the first time.
The town has been without a police chief for about a year.Waters moves to her new position from one as assistant chief of police atRDU International airport. She is the first woman to head the Zebulonpolice department.
Waters will officially take over sept 8.
