FAYETTEVILLE — An Cumberland County deputy facescharges in connection with stolen money.
The County Narcotics Bureau say Officer Harold Esters stole about $200 during a drug search and that he found the money while searching the homeof an accused drug dealer.
Esters is a member of the county's narcotics bureau. He has beenreleased on bond suspended from his job without pay pending atrial.
