<b>LUMBERTON</b> — In just two days two people have drowned locally.  Felicia Cummings wasswimming with her husband and some friends in the Lumber River last nightwhen she disappeared beneath the surface.

Cummings' husband says his wife was just learning how to swim.  Sheslipped and went under water, but then never came up.  Crews found herbody about 7 p.m.
