GRAND FORKS, N.DAK. — You may recall that WRAL-TV5 soldcopies of a video tape that showed coverage of Hurricane Fran to raisemoney for hurricane victims. Now, the remainder of that fund has beendonated to flood victims in North Dakota.
WRAL-TV5's Bret Baier is inthe devastated town of Grand Forks where presented a check for $5,000 tothe elated Mayor Pat Owens.
She said it's the first relief money they've gotten, and that it willbe used to start helping individual homeowners who were washed out byflood waters from the swollen Red River.
