DURHAM — Durham leaders are waiting on word from thenation's most prestigious canine organization. The American Kennel Clubannounced it was moving to the City of Medicine in 1995, but apparentlycontinued whittling a list of other finalists.
Tuesday the 113-year-old organization is expected to announce its finallist for the new headquarters.
Durham leaders believe that city is still at the top of the list.
